At Healing with Heart Psychotherapy and Wellness, we believe that the relationship between a therapist and a client is the most important part of the process. We move away from cold, clinical environments to provide a space that is warm and collaborative.

Our Story

Healing with Heart Psychotherapy and Wellness was born from a shared vision between two sisters. Growing up together, we learned early on the importance of support, connection, and the strength found in family bonds. We saw a need for a therapy practice that felt less like a clinical appointment and more like a human connection.

We decided to combine our backgrounds to create a virtual space where adults in Ontario could feel truly at home while doing the work of personal growth. Our relationship as sisters is the foundation of our collaborative approach. This allows us to bring a unique level of understanding and synchronicity to the care we provide.

Supporting Local Communities

Engaged Communities are Better Communities

At Healing with Heart Psychotherapy and Wellness, we believe that a healthy community starts with supporting our youth and fostering a sense of belonging. We are incredibly proud to invest in local organizations that promote teamwork, resilience, and active lifestyles.

We are thrilled to announce our official Silver Level Sponsorship of the Kitchener Rangers U10 BB/B Blue hockey team for the 2025-2026 season.

Whether on the ice or in the therapy room, we know that having a strong support system makes all the difference. Seeing the dedication of these young athletes is an inspiration to our entire team.
