    Katie Hart

    REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST

    Katie is a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals navigating a wide range of life’s challenges. She supports students, young adults, and anyone experiencing life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, procrastination, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and interpersonal difficulties.

    Katie approaches therapy from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens and appreciates clients’ intersectionality. She believes in meeting clients where they are and honouring their lived experiences. In therapy sessions, Katie offers a compassionate, empathetic, safe, and inclusive space to explore clients’ experiences and move toward healing.

    Katie draws from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She will often incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help build resilience, foster self-awareness, and support meaningful change. Katie’s goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and supported as you move toward greater well-being.

    Krysta Hart

    REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST (QUALIFYING)

    Krysta is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who provides a safe, non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences. She has a passion for helping others heal, grow, and thrive. Krysta works with individuals who have experienced life transitions, are feeling stuck or overwhelmed with life’s responsibilities or who have experienced a loss. She also works with couples and families who may be looking to “fight right” or improve communication.

    Therapeutic modalities that Krysta integrates into her practice include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method and more.

    Krysta appreciates that reaching out for help takes courage and shows a person’s strength. She meets clients where they are in their journey with their mental health and strives to support clients’ overall well-being.
